Here are some instructions and checklists to help you with the Inventory process for this year. These can be especially helpful if you have volunteers. It will save you TONS of time having to teach them the process. Just "File" and "Make a Copy" so you can "own" the documents and make changes to it as you need to. (There's an internal folder for Elementary. Many of the documents are the same, but it may have minor differences which make it more appropriate for elementary librarians.) Good luck!
